Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FOOD CONTACT in VIETNAM. It includes the requirements on safety and hygiene applied for coated/uncoated paper and board intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. It is applicable to production, inspection, and sales of PAPER AND BOARD intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. This regulation does not apply to metal/plastic laminated paper and board.
