Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FOOD CONTACT in VIETNAM. It includes the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of CONTAINERS and PACKAGING in direct contact with foodstuffs. It is applicable to SYNTHETIC RESIN, RUBBER, and METAL CONTAINERS.

This National Technical Regulation is promulgated together with the following Circulars:

  • QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT: Rubber Containers
